- This Online Shopping Guidance is only for foreigner who is currently living in Japan and holding a local address.
- Foreign customers who purchase from our website, cannot apply tax-free.
- We do not accept any orders from overseas.
- Inquiries in English or Chinese will take a little more time for us to reply, thank you for your understanding
- 1. Before you make any purchases, you will need to register as our new member (for free)at our “新規会員登録”page (Please see the picture). Therefore, if you have already registered at any following related websites, you will no need to do it again.
- 2. After registering as our new user, please use your E-mail address and password which you just registered to login. If you have registered before at any related websites as above, use that E-mail address and the password to login.
※One account can login to all four websites.
※Only foreigner who currently lives and holds a local address in Japan is available to register as our new user.
- 3. Price and information
We tag all the prices and information carefully. If there are any mistakes, we will correct them immediately. However, the customers can cancel their orders if they cannot accept the new price or information.
- 4. Inventory of used products and consignment.
Please notice there will also have orders from our stores. So it is possible that the product will be sold out or reserved at the same time.
How to Order
You can search by manufacturer names; model’s names or serial numbers to find your product (such as, ROLEX, DATEJUST, etc)
※The colors of the products on Internet will be a few different from the originals.

After choosing all the products, please click on

We will enter a page that will need you to confirm your current address.
If you want us to send your orders to your current address, please click on the button as the picture shows.
If you want to change the delivery address, please click on, and type in the new address.
Please choose a date that you wish to receive your orders from the“配送希望日”box, then choose the time zone from the“配送希望時間帯”box.
※ Delivery might delay in some situations because of the inventory or traffic.
※ If you leave both date and time in blank, we will send you the order by the fastest period.
※ No matter where in Japan, the delivery fee is all ¥0!

Please enter your password again in the “パスワード” blank, and it will show you how many points you have left in your account.
One is to pay all your payment by one method.
Another is to pay with two methods. (For example, 500,000yen purchase, you can choose to pay 200,000yen by credit card and 300, 000yen by wiring the money via your bank account or by cash）

You will have to select your payment method from the following list:
- 1.“クレジットカード” Credit Card
We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and DINNERS cards. For furthermore, our system is provided by SBI “VeriTrans3G”, so will not save any of your credit cards information in our system. Also your data will all be coded by SSL, no need to worry of being stolen or any falsification problems.
※The maximum payment for credit card at our website is ¥2,000,000. We will also contact you by telephone through the number that your credit card company has registered to confirm.
※To prevent illegal use, we do not deliver to the address that is not match with your credit card’s information.
Also, please use the phone number that you have registered to your credit card company. We might call and confirm your phone numbers, or ask you to change your address of delivery and your payment method.
※Depends on your contract with the Company, in some cases you will not be able to use installment payments or revolving payments. Please confirm before you start such payment method.
※Orders after 3pm on Friday or the day before holiday, orders will be sent out on next weekday. Please be careful when choosing your delivery date.
※You cannot combine credit card payment with convenience store wire payment together.
- 2.“代金引換” Cash on Delivery
※The charges usually is \540. (Now is free!)
※We will call to confirm your order on the day you make the order or the day after you made the order.
※If your delivery date that you have chosen is longer than a week (from the day you make your order), you are not able to use this payment method.
- 3.“コンビニ決済” Pay the Payment at Convenience Stores
Available convenience stores:
【Payment methods for each convenience store】
Please print out the payment paper[払込票], or write down the number of the payment paper [払込票番号], take it to 7-Eleven, tell the cashier that you wish to pay the Internet payment.
・LAWSON / ・Seicomart
Write down your reception numbers[受付番号] and take it to LAWSON or Seicomart, and then pay your payment there.
Write down the corporation code[企業コード]and order numbers[注文番号], bring them to Family Mart and pay your payment.
・Daily / ・MINI STOP / ・Circle K, Sunkus / and other convenience stores
Print out the integration settlement picture[統括決済画面] or write down the online settlement numbers[オンライン決済番号], bring it to the stores and give it to the cashier.
※ You can use this payment method if your total payment of your orders is under ¥300,000.
※ We will send out your order after we have received your payment.
※ We will send your orders to you after confirming your payment, so please make sure your delivery date is correct.
※ Convenience store payment will not cost you any other charges.
※ We will e-mail your total payment amount to your mailbox.
We will also inform you about your order numbers（ご注文No.）
If we did not receive your payment within two working days after sending the 「ご注文確認メール」(Order confirmation e-mail), we will delete your orders directly.
※ You cannot combine this method with credit card payment method.
※ You cannot select 7-Eleven to pay your payment if you want to purchase consignment product.
- 4.“銀行振込”Bank Transfer
You can wire the payment to any of our bank accounts as follows:
- ・Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. [三菱東京UFJ銀行]
- ・Japan Net Bank [ジャパンネット銀行]
- ・JP Bank [ゆうちょ銀行]
We will send you the bank account information with the order confirmation e-mail (ご注文確認メール）
After you finish ordernig, we will inform you the inventory of your order by e-mail.
Note: Please wire the payment after your confirmation.
※ We will send out your orders after we have received your payment, so please be careful when you choose the delivery date.
※ You will need to pay for the transfer charges.
※ Please wire your payment by using your own name.
(If you have to use other’s name, please contact us first)
※ If we did not receive your payment within two days after sending you the “Order Confirmation E-mail”（ご注文確認メール）we will need to cancel your orders.
- 5.“ショッピングクレジット” Shopping Credits Payment.
You can pay in monthly installments without applying a credit card.
(you can choose by using Orico, JACCS or Cedyna).
It usually takes 2~3 days to review your applications.(They will call you to confirm your information, however, there is no need to sign or seal on any papers).
The maximum for your divisions of payment is 60 times.
※ In some cases that the product is use as a present for people who is not your family or relatives, cannot use this method.
※ If you wish to pay more than 60 times, please contact us.
※ If the total amount of your payment is under ¥300,000 or your monthly installment is under ¥3000, you will not be able to use this payment method.
※ If you wish to pay by two different methods, you can only choose Orico or JACCS
※ Your delivery address can only be your home address or your work office address.
※ Delivery date is depends on the result of your application.
※ If you are employed and over 20 year-old, you can apply for this method. However, if you are a student and under 20, you may not apply it online, you will need to sign a contract.
At the end, you will come to the final confirmation page. Please check carefully of your order information, if there is no problem; please click on to complete your order.
After receiving your orders, the system will automatically send a “自動返信メール（ご注文）お客様控え”e-mail to your mailbox.
If not, please contact us by e-mail.
After sending the “自動返信メール（ご注文）お客様控え” e-mail to you, we will also check the inventory of your orders, and send you a “ご注文確認メール” e-mail within 24 hours.
※ Before we send you the “ご注文確認メール” e-mail, your orders are still in progress, we need to check if the product has already been reserved by other customers or if we still have them in stock. “ご注文確認メール” e-mail will be the final confirmation of your orders.
※ If you did not get this mail in 24 hours, please contact us by e-mail.
After receiving your payment, we will send your orders to you. At the same night, you will receive a “発送完了メール” mail from us. (means that we have sent out your orders.)
When your orders arrived, please confirm the contents inside the package. If there are any problems or missing items, please contact us by e-mil.
Order reserve period
If you order by phone calls or e-mails, your reserve period is until the next day only.
It will be canceled from the second day.
Therefore, if you make a 10% or more for down payment, you can have two weeks of reserve period.
※ Your down payment cannot be refunded. You also cannot cancel your order after we receive your payment.
Orders from Overseas
We do not accept orders from overseas. Only if you can follow our payment rules (Credit cards, cash on delivery, wire transfer or pay at convenience store) and also provide us a local address in Japan in order us to send you the orders.
- Credit Card:
- Your credit card company will issue the receipt.
- Pay on delivery:
- Forwarders will issue the receipt.
- Transfer from convenience store:
- Convenience store will issue the receipt.
- Wire transfer:
- The bank will issuse the receipt.
