Stimulations of GMT Original Warranty

1.　Warranty Period

【New Product】
From the dauy of your purchase to our designated period. (3～5years)*Started from Apr.. 1. 2010.
【Used Product】
Valid for 1 year from the purchase date when the purchase price is more than \100,000 (without tax).(There will be some exceptional cases)
※ Only ROLEX that’s produced after the year of 1990 can have 2～3 years of warranty from the purchase date. (Started form Feb. 2011)
Valid for 6 months from the purchase date when the purchase price is less than \100,000 (Without tax). (There will also be some exceptional cases)




2. Contents of the Warranty

In cases of malfunction problems cost by normal use (normal breakdown), please bring your valid warranty paper and your product to our store or send them to us, GMT will use your purchase price as the maximum amount for your repair fee, and will bear the expenses. In cases of sending the product to us, customers will need to bear their delivery fees and other charges by themselves.
However, customers will not be able to apply for our repair service or will need to pay for it when comes to the following situations:
• 1）Non-effect scratches, hollows, dust, mold and stains or malfunctions, appearance damages that customers has checked before their purchases.
• 2）Breakdown or breakage that caused by careless or inappropriate use.
• 3）Breakdown and breakage that caused by dirt, sand, water, etc.
• 4）Breakdown and breakage that caused by natural calamities or fires.
• 5）Imperfection of custody or mending that cost breakdown, breakage or mold, rust, deterioration, discoloration, etc.
• 6）Damages of consumable materials, consumable parts that need to be exchanged.
• 7）Breakdown or breakage that cost by willful or gross negligence.
• 8）Repair or process at any other places after purchasing from GMT.
• 9）Robbery and missing
• 10）GMT’s permissible range on quality and function.
• 11）Breakdown and breakage of exterior parts such as, cases, belts, windshields, crowns, etc.
• 12）Damages of winding core, springs, etc.



3. Others

• 1）In some cases, antique or some old style products will use substitutes for warranty repairs.
• 2）Please note that we do not provide rental service of substitute product during warranty repair period.
• 3）The contents of warranty only valid in Japan. We do not accept any requests from overseas.
• 4）We will not take any responsibilities for the direct damages or indirect damages that cost by the malfunctions of your products.
